If your choice is to go with online management, then you will have direct contact with the guest. In that case, welcoming the guests and checking them out along with cleaning the property, replenishment of consumables, and communicating with the guests is the property owner’s sole responsibility

However, if you want us to take over the FULL  management of your property, you won’t have to contact the guests. Their needs will be fully covered by STAY’s professional staff.
