The first step is to get in touch with our Owner Consultant team! They will walk you through our services, assess your property to see if it is a good fit for our portfolio, and prepare your personalised management fee. If you choose to move forward, you will have to sign a management agreement. We will require access to the property to do an initial inspection and prepare for you a list with all the necessary equipment and while you take care of that we will prepare all your property’s online listings. Our goal is to have your property up and running as soon as possible!

Once your property is up and running, STAY will take care of everything covered within the management agreement, and help you generate the highest revenues possible by:
